An EnergyRich™ Recipe - Wheat-free Sunflower Crunchies

1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon maple syrup

1. Combine seeds and blend.
2. Add wet ingredients and blend again.
3. Roll dough into several long fingers.
4. Put them on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
5. Bake them for 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees.
