A Personal Note

How are things going for you?

It’s been awhile since I’ve been in touch with my subscribers about how the nitty-gritty things are moving along in my life and so I wanted to take the time to do just that! It’s been a year just filled with change. I look back over the last 12 months and it seems like it MUST have been two years instead of one. Loss will do that to you. In the past year, I said good-bye to four people in my life: my two uncles, my grandmother, and my good friend from college, MaryBeth. It’s been especially strange because I’ve also had the amazing experience of getting engaged and planning to get married. I feel like I get reminders almost everyday lately, especially from my passionate, dear friend, MaryBeth, who was only 35 when she died in February, that the time is NOW to live my life as it needs to be lived. So, once again, I find myself courageously moving through a time of change and coming to a new sense of powerful, personal strength.

One of the most incredible experiences I had this past year was training with an En*ergy Intuitive. It was amazing during our first session together when she clearly told me, “You can do what I do..” As I continued to train with her I felt like I received a gift that had actually been a part of me all along—the deep ability to connect to my intuition and use it to help not only myself, but others, too. One of the other incredible experiences I’ve had is working with a new coach who has truly helped me connect my own work as a coach to my life purpose as a “healer to healers.” The ability to help people who are truly dedicated to their own search for self-awareness and success (that they will stop at nothing!) move past the blind spots that are getting in the way of what they want. In the past this has been a hard gift for me to claim, but as part of my determination to live life NOW as it needs to be lived I am learning to claim “my seat at the table” (my new favorite phrase) and really own the incredible worth and value that I hold as a healer, coach, and teacher.

Have you ever had the experience of your true heart-calling opening up for you? Wow. It has been a really powerful part of my own healing! I still have days of wanting to go back to my old ways of “staying busy,” “bucking-up,” and “just dealing with it,” but instead, I find myself reaching for one of my new tools to keep my en*ergy intact and working for me instead of against me. Every time I find myself just wanting to dip way down into self-doubt, I find a way to connect to my value and worth again. I’ve really learned the important power in this. So, as the year anniversary of my first loss passes and at the same time my wedding quickly approaches, I find myself re-birthing into a vastly different, exciting, and challenging future.

During this past year of change, I realized that many others also feel frustrated during times of change and struggle with how to make that leap into the new, once and for all. I know that it isn't just those mourning the loss of loved ones, but anyone who is feeling depleted from any type of transition [i.e., starting a new business, career, marriage, divorce, birth, kids going off to college, parents getting older] and seeking a way to really make a change for themselves and reclaim a life r1ch with en*ergy, perhaps to discover their life purpose and live it joyfully, perhaps just to open the next door on their journey. The result of this recognition was the incorporation of this important part of life into my own work and life offering. So, look out world, no more living day to day…here I am with solutions of ways to make an effective change, claim your seat at the table, and to live with more en*ergy and more r1ches!

First, I changed the name of my coaching business to Get En*ergyRICH™. My website is undergoing changes as we speak. (I'll be sure to keep you updated!) I've more clearly defined my niche market, and established the 7 Step En*ergyRICH Lifestyle Program™. I can feel the power each day that I am more connected to my source en*ergy and life purpose, and now there is one thing I very much need… and that is a new type of client! That’s where you come in! I would appreciate your help in expanding the growth of my business even further. Who better to ask for assistance than those I know truly believe in living an energized life?!
